Worldwide delivery

XcomHub ships eligible products worldwide. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the product, warehouse, destination and carrier.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and any required verification. Items in one order may be supplied from different warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping charges and estimates

Shipping charges and available methods are calculated for the delivery destination during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because customs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods and remote locations may affect transit.

Tracking

Tracking information will be added to your order or sent when it becomes available. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any information required by the carrier. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

International parcels may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact XcomHub promptly with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. Keep the packaging while the carrier or supplier investigates.
